The highlight of the event will include a visit to the JMCA—a vocational school that utilizes a repurposed former school facility to train skilled craftsmen.

Event Logistics

- Event Name: Housing Jubei Inspection Tour in Chiba
- Date and Time: November 7, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Location: Chiba Prefecture (On-site only)
- Participation Fee: 10,000 JPY per person for JGBA member companies, and 35,000 JPY for non-member companies. Networking fees will be extra (7,000 to 8,000 JPY).

Please note a full cancellation fee applies starting from 7 days prior to the event.

Schedule

- 12:30-1:00 PM: Registration at the Comfort Hotel Narita East Exit (approximately 80 minutes train ride from Tokyo Station)
- 2:00-2:45 PM: First site visit at Gushu Bubuma
- 2:45-4:20 PM: Workshop (Venue: Gushu Bubuma)
- 5:20-5:50 PM: Second site visit to the Narita Showroom
- 6:15-8:30 PM: Networking event (Venue: Kawa no Oto Narita Shop - a two-minute walk from Narita Station)

For participants not joining the networking session, transportation to Keisei Narita Station will be provided.
