Excitement Surrounds the Return of Negi Ramen at Sharashi
After its successful launch in December 2025, Sharashi's
Negi Ramen is set to make a thrilling return on January 30, 2026. The ramen, which ignited a customer frenzy due to its extraordinary portions of green onions, will be available again at all Sharashi locations, except a few.
Background of the Re-release
The popularity of the
Negi Ramen, which combines ample amounts of finely shredded green onions in a rich and flavorful broth, led to its quick sellout within just one month of its debut. Customers expressed their overwhelming desire for another chance to enjoy this standout dish, requesting its return with enthusiasm. Responding to these requests, Matsufuji Foods, the parent company of Sharashi, decided to reintroduce this seasonal delicacy.
What Makes Negi Ramen Special?
Priced at
940 yen (including tax), the Negi Ramen features a heaping mountain of aromatic white scallions that dominate the bowl. The unique broth, designed for daily enjoyment without becoming monotonous, harmonizes beautifully with the pungent flavor and spiciness of the green onions. As the winter chill sets in, this dish promises to warm your body thoroughly.
Simultaneous Launch of Negi Tsukemen
Additionally, on the same day, Sharashi will also introduce the
Negi Tsukemen (Small) for
940 yen (tax included). This dish adds a lavish topping of enticing, fragrant green onions to Sharashi's popular “Sojo Tsukemen,” combining the essential flavors of its broth with the crunch of the green onions, creating a delicious new standard.
Where and When to Find It
The Negi Ramen will be on sale at all Sharashi locations, except in the Kansai area and some new openings. Please note that this is a limited-time offer, and the product may be discontinued without prior notice.
