Winline Technology Launches Advanced 1500V DC Module at Power2Drive Europe 2025

Winline Technology Unveils Revolutionary 1500V DC Module at Power2Drive Europe 2025

On May 7, 2025, Winline Technology made waves in the renewable energy sector by introducing its groundbreaking 1500V high-voltage DC/DC module, known as UXC150030, during the Power2Drive Europe event held in Munich, Germany. The launch highlighted the company’s commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions and showcased its dedication to supporting the global transition towards greener energy.

During the event, Dr. Tong Cheng, the Vice President of Overseas Marketing at Winline Technology, delivered an insightful keynote speech that emphasized the innovative features and application potential of the UXC150030 module. This state-of-the-art device is designed to facilitate ultra-high-voltage applications, making it ideal for photovoltaic power generation, energy storage systems, as well as serving the growing demands of MW-level mining trucks and rail transit.

With an impressive dual-terminal voltage range spanning from 200V to 1500V DC and a peak conversion efficiency of 98.5%, the UXC150030 leverages the latest advancements in third-generation semiconductor technology. Its proprietary topology design ensures minimal energy loss while supporting stable operation across a broad temperature range of -40°C to +75°C, a crucial feature for ensuring reliability in extreme climates and rigorous industrial environments.

Dr. Cheng remarked, "The UXC150030 is not just a technological advancement, but also a targeted response to the high-voltage DC market's needs. It is set to provide standardized and highly compatible solutions for Europe's energy transition."

In addition to the UXC150030, Winline Technology showcased a comprehensive portfolio of charging and energy solutions, capturing significant interest from both European and global industry stakeholders. Live demonstrations of their innovative product lineup included the bidirectional DC/DC power module UXC95050B, noted for its peak efficiency of 98.8% and dual-terminal voltage coverage of 200V to 950V DC, marking it as a core component for integrated solar-storage-charging systems and data center energy management.

Moreover, the high-power isolated module, UXC100040, offers an output range of 50-1000V DC, cater to multi-vehicle fast charging and retired battery reuse needs. Another innovative addition is the liquid-cooled module, LCR100040A, which provides IP50 protection alongside silent cooling technology—an essential feature for environments that are either corrosive or sensitive to noise.

Additionally, the bidirectional AC/DC module UKG1K022 caters to a broad DC voltage range of 150-1000V DC and operates within an AC voltage range of 260-530V AC, empowering vehicle-to-grid (V2G) connections and smart energy networks.

Seeking to address pressing energy challenges in Europe, including grid stability and the urgent need for renewable energy integration, Winline Technology aligns its innovations with the latest market trends. As the European market continues to shift towards DC microgrids to minimize AC/DC conversion losses and system costs, the company is poised to lead in advancing hybrid AC/DC grid solutions articulated through modular and scenario-driven designs.

To further enhance its impact, Winline Technology is committed to nurturing partnerships with European energy companies, aiming to promote the development of a stable and economically viable green energy ecosystem across the continent. This launch at Power2Drive Europe 2025 signifies a pivotal moment for Winline Technology as it spearheads game-changing innovations in high-voltage energy solutions to meet the rising demands of sustainable power generation and consumption.
