  • - Vickram Vathulya, the President and CEO, purchased an additional 70,000 shares, increasing his total holdings to 4,540,076 shares, alongside 3,700,000 employee stock options.

  • - Bami Bastani, the Chairman of the Board, made considerable moves by donating 60,000 shares to non-affiliated charities and gifting 70,000 shares to family members. Furthermore, he sold 275,000 shares on July 16, retaining 381,360 shares, which includes 11,360 shares subject to a one-year lock-up.

  • - Todd Thomson, a Board member, continues to hold shares acquired through his personal investment entity, Headwaters Capital LLC. He is also managing shares from Kairos Ventures. Notably, through various transactions, he retained a total of 477,027 shares, with 12,500 shares acquired on July 9, 2026, also locked for a year.
