His extensive knowledge positions him to effectively lead the digital games and SG Content Hub strategy. His agenda will focus on fostering innovation and driving growth, leveraging his unique expertise across digital game studios and partnerships.
Higgins, who brings over two decades of experience from notable companies like Procter & Gamble and Shutterfly, is expected to inject fresh ideas into the Customer Success Strategy, which focuses on enhancing the customer experience in the digital sphere.
