The Abu Dhabi Finance Week (ADFW) is set to take place from December 9 to 12, 2024, presenting an impressive agenda that highlights the event's significance in the financial landscape. With its principal partner being ADQ, ADFW 2024 stands out as one of the most anticipated gatherings for financial professionals globally, under the thematic banner of "Welcome to the Capital of Capital."

This year marks the third edition of ADFW, which aims to unite respected financial executives, investors, policymakers, and opinion leaders from around the world to discuss and analyze a variety of topics. These topics include economic, human, cultural, environmental, and technological capital, emphasizing why Abu Dhabi has been dubbed the "Capital of Capital."

The packed agenda for 2024 features more than 60 primary and parallel events, encompassing over 350 thematic sessions and attracting a roster of 600 speakers. Anticipating a participation of over 20,000 attendees, the event represents a staggering $30 trillion in managed assets across the globe.

Notable forums will return for 2024, including the Abu Dhabi Economic Forum, the Asset Abu Dhabi event, RESOLVE 2024, Fintech Abu Dhabi, and the Abu Dhabi Sustainable Finance Forum (ADSFF). New events added to this year's lineup include the UBS Investment Forum, the China-UAE Investment Summit in collaboration with HSBC, the Islamic Finance Summit, the Spear's Private Wealth Summit, and the Abu Dhabi Capital Markets Showcase.

Day 1: Opening Ceremony and Abu Dhabi Economic Forum


The opening ceremony is scheduled for December 9, featuring esteemed leaders from Abu Dhabi's administration, executives from key global investment firms, and other financial sector luminaries. Concurrently, the Abu Dhabi Economic Forum will host high-level discussions focused on the current status and outlook of Abu Dhabi’s Falcon Economy. Day 2: Asset Abu Dhabi and RESOLVE

Day 3: Fintech Abu Dhabi and Global Financial Regulators Summit


Fintech Abu Dhabi will showcase the latest advancements in AI, digital security, and blockchain technology. Parallel sessions like Blockchain Abu Dhabi and RISK 4.0 Forum aim to delve into transformative trends in emerging technologies. Noteworthy attendees will include Jeremy Allaire, Richard Teng, and Caroline Pham, who will elaborate on the financial technology arena.

The Global Financial Regulator Summit will also return, facilitating discussions among top-notch regulatory bodies and representatives from the MENA region, the EU, the UK, Asia, and the US regarding opportunities and challenges posed by the rapid rise of AI technologies.

Day 4: Abu Dhabi Sustainable Finance Forum (ADSFF)


On the final day, the Abu Dhabi Sustainable Finance Forum will emphasize sustainable finance, social investment, and commitments towards carbon neutrality, aligning with Abu Dhabi’s dedication to sustainability and green finance. Influential figures such as S.E. Carme Artigas Brugal and Sheikha Shamma bint Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan will lead key discussions at this forum.
