Suits Inc. Opens Applications for SuitUp Free Trial

Suits Inc. (CEO: Yusuke Komatsu), located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has launched an initiative to invite SaaS companies to participate in a free trial of their team task and project management tool, SuitUp. This opportunity is open from July 24 to July 31, 2025. Only three companies will be chosen for the trial, and participants must use SuitUp for project management.

Once approved, these companies will gather insights on SuitUp's usability and requested features via email or their preferred chat tools. Additionally, a 30-minute online meeting will occur every two months for further feedback. All companies who participate will be exempted from the monthly fee until September 2025, regardless of their workspace's user count.

SuitUp Overview

SuitUp is a simple, user-friendly project and task management tool designed for team collaboration. Launched in its alpha version in September 2023 and beta version in April 2024, SuitUp offers a seven-day trial for organizations to experience the benefits of task management. The interface resembles a spreadsheet format, allowing teams to visualize their work, which helps avoid missed tasks and deadline delays.

As teams enhance their task management with SuitUp, they can achieve significant operational improvements and cost reductions. The beta version includes essential capabilities such as task organization, communication tools, and analytical features. Unique functions, like task templates, deadline reminders, and routine tasks, are also included to ensure easy daily task management.

Plans for SuitUp include a Standard Plan at ¥1,080 per user (excluding tax) monthly, while organizations with ten or fewer members benefit from a reduced Starter Plan priced at ¥500 per user (excluding tax). Moreover, as part of the beta launch campaign, no initial fees will be charged through September 30, 2025.
