Codis Expands Its Footprint in Europe with Nottingham Acquisition

The acquisition is expected to complete by the third quarter of this year, pending typical closing conditions.

The acquisition aligns perfectly with Codis’s recent investments at its Haverhill site, where significant expansion is underway to install a new commercial spray dryer, the GEA Pharma-SD® PSD-4, slated for validation in 2027. This investment reflects Codis’s commitment to enhancing its particle technology capabilities, enabling the company to improve the bioavailability of drug formulations.
