Annual Spring Bonito Fair at ToniChi Restaurant

Starting May 27, 2023, the renowned Spring Bonito Fair will be held at the Sky View Restaurant ToniChi, located in the headquarters of Toichi Printing Co., Ltd. in Koto, Tokyo. This event will run every Tuesday and Thursday from May 27 to June 12 during lunch hours, and it's open for everyone to enjoy.

The highlight of this year's fair is the fresh bonito caught at Kesennuma Port in Miyagi Prefecture, served in three exquisite culinary styles. Each meal is accompanied by miso soup and a small side dish, priced at a very reasonable 980 yen (including tax). With only 50 servings available each day, early visits are highly encouraged!

1. Bonito Chirashi Sushi
