TensorWave Announces Strategic Expansion with TECfusions



In a significant step towards bolstering AI capacity, TensorWave has partnered with TECfusions, the global operator of high-density sustainable data centers, to expand its AI infrastructure across Arizona and Pennsylvania. This collaboration marks a pivotal phase in TensorWave’s mission to scale its AI capabilities in response to the rapid growth in demand for high-performance computing.

The newly announced project involves a substantial 20 megawatt (MW) division between two TECfusions sites: a 10 MW deployment at the Keystone Connect campus, located near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a simultaneous 10 MW expansion at the existing facility in Tucson, Arizona. This dual-location strategy is part of a broader initiative to elevate TensorWave's infrastructure to 1 gigawatt (GW) at the Keystone Connect site, a facility with a potential capacity of 3 GW primarily facilitated through on-site power generation.

This latest undertaking underscores the escalating importance of AI technology in today’s economy. TensorWave’s operations in Tucson already host the largest AMD-based AI setup in North America, and this new phase is expected to further enhance the existing high-density reference design across both facilities.

Scheduled for implementation in the first half of 2026, these deployments not only expand TensorWave’s existing infrastructure but also herald the onset of a long-term commitment towards sustainable tech practices and community support.

Strengthening Local Economies



The move into Pennsylvania with the Keystone Connect facility marks TensorWave’s first establishment in this state. The company anticipates that the initial 10 MW phase will support over 100 skilled trade jobs, generating continuous local tax revenue while positioning Pennsylvania as an emerging powerhouse in the burgeoning AI economy.
