Each dimension incorporates extensive research, with six derived from the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard and the seventh focusing on insights from faith-based communities.

A Comprehensive Benchmark

To complement the Flourishing AI standards, Gloo has also created an accompanying FAI benchmark, consisting of over 1,000 curated questions. This benchmark rigorously assesses popular large language models (LLMs), ensuring that their contributions are aligned with the principles of human flourishing.

Gloo’s collaboration with the Global Flourishing Study, a comprehensive five-year initiative involving over 200,000 participants across 22 countries, has been pivotal in refining these standards.
