In a proactive measure to safeguard consumers during the holiday season, Attorney General Kris Kobach of Kansas has spearheaded a nationwide campaign involving 13 other state attorneys general. The campaign is funded by the Gift Card Fraud Prevention Alliance, and the messages will run from December 26, 2025, to January 31, 2026.
