Potomac Bank Promotes Lance Nobles to Vice President of Real Estate Lending
Potomac Bank, established in 1871, has announced the elevation of Lance Nobles, CCIM, to the position of Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Real Estate Lending as part of a strategic move to expand its presence in the competitive real estate market. This significant promotion not only reflects Nobles' dedication since he joined the team in 2019 but also signifies an essential step in the bank's long-range growth strategy.
Lance will lead the commercial real estate lending team from the bank's Ashburn, Virginia office, situated at 44790 Maynard Square, Suite 200. Alongside this promotion, he will play a crucial role in initiating the bank’s new commercial banker development program aimed at enhancing the skills and effectiveness of commercial bankers within the organization.
Raymond Goodrich, EVP and Chief Lending Officer at Potomac Bank, praised Nobles for his exceptional leadership and commitment to advancing the bank's commercial real estate mission. Nobles lives in Loudoun County, Virginia, with his wife and two children, and they are active participants in St. Theresa Catholic Church.
