Industrial Flow Solutions Takes Charge of OverWatch® Direct Pump Manufacturing

Industrial Flow Solutions (IFS) has officially assumed full control of the manufacturing operations of its exclusive line of OverWatch® Direct inline pumps. This development comes as a significant stride in the company's strategic investment in the OverWatch product line, which encompasses models like DIP System, DIP-Booster, DomoDIP, SIDINOX, and DIPCut, along with various accessories.

The journey to this achievement began with a series of operations spanning between 2019 and 2021, during which IFS completed the acquisition of the entire portfolio and global commercial rights to the OverWatch product line from SIDE Industrie. During this transition, SIDE Industrie continued to provide manufacturing support while IFS worked on developing its own production capabilities.

With considerable investment in engineering and manufacturing capabilities at its New Haven (Connecticut) and Monselice (Italy) facilities, IFS is now positioned to meet the rising global demand for its OverWatch product range. As of the second half of 2025, IFS has been the sole manufacturer of these products.

Lance Wadley, the commercial director of Industrial Flow Solutions, expressed his optimism for the growth potential of the OverWatch product range, stating, "After years of investment and development, we are now fully prepared to address the needs of our existing customer base while meeting the significant market demand moving forward from our integrated IFS sites."
