New Culinary Adventure at Meiji Memorial Pavilion



This summer, the Meiji Memorial Pavilion, located in the heart of Tokyo, is thrilled to announce a delicious collaboration with FANCL, renowned for their health-focused food products. From June 1 to July 30, 2023, guests can indulge in a specially curated menu featuring FANCL’s sprouted brown rice and famed green juice, available exclusively on weekdays.

The collaboration menu is a product of innovative culinary artistry, blending traditional Japanese and modern Western flavors with a health-conscious twist. Chefs from various cooking backgrounds have designed dishes that are not only pleasing to the palate but also packed with nutrition, making them a delightful choice for health enthusiasts.

Among the highlights of the FANCL collaboration menu are:

  • - Sprouted Brown Rice and Soy Milk Pudding - ¥1,300
  • - Iwai Chicken Thigh with Kale and Salt Fermented Miso - ¥2,300
  • - FANCL Kale Beer - ¥1,400
