Luup's Debut at the 2025 Tokyo Rental Housing Fair
Luup, a pioneering company headquartered in Shinagawa, Tokyo, is excited to announce its first exhibition at the "Rental Housing Fair & Tenant Land Use Expo 2025 in Tokyo," scheduled for September 17 and 18. This noteworthy event, recognized as the largest in the rental housing sector, will take place at the Tokyo Big Sight.
Background of Luup
Established in 2018, Luup has been on a mission to tackle mobility challenges across Japan. The company's approach focuses on transforming urban landscapes by creating an infrastructure that promotes easy access to transportation. Their micro-mobility service, currently known as LUUP, centers around electric, compact, one-person vehicles that facilitate seamless commutes from stations and bus stops to residential areas.
By enhancing mobility options, particularly for properties that are situated far from public transport, Luup’s solutions have garnered interest from numerous property owners and management companies. This interest stems from the added values these mobility ports can bring, such as enhancing property appeal and maximizing the use of available spaces.
Exhibition Highlights
During the event, Luup is eager to provide attendees with a clear understanding of the benefits associated with the installation of LUUP ports. The exhibition will feature:
1. Information Booths
At the Luup booth, visitors will find installations showcasing how mobility ports can be integrated into properties. Testimonials from current port owners will shed light on the positive impacts of such installations, offering valuable insights for property owners and management companies considering similar initiatives. Luup staff will be available for in-depth consultations, and attendees will also receive exclusive branded merchandise, including limited edition tote bags and bath salts!
2. Mobility Test Rides
Guests will have the opportunity to experience various models from the LUUP lineup firsthand. The testing area will feature electric scooters, electric assist bicycles, and an exciting sneak peek at the upcoming electric seated scooters set to launch later this year.
