The GDX Center was established in December 2025 as a collaboration among four entities—local government, educational institutions, and financial institutions—all aiming to create jobs and foster talent skilled in GDX. These enhancements are part of a broader strategy to create a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem that supports both local residents and newcomers.

The DX seminars will be structured in two levels: beginner and intermediate, with multiple sessions planned throughout the year.
