Collaborative Efforts to Promote Renewable Energy and Internet Services in Japan

In a significant move to support a carbon-neutral society, Takara Leben, part of MIRARTH Holdings, has joined forces with TEPCO Energy Partner and Family Net Japan. The three companies entered into a partnership agreement on January 10, 2025, to offer comprehensive internet and energy services, alongside solar power solutions, targeted at new residential developments. This collaboration aims to reduce CO2 emissions and promote sustainable practices through a service called "Takara Leben with CYBERHOME."

Overview of the New Services

The new service, "Takara Leben with CYBERHOME," is designed to provide a range of internet and energy-related services tailored to the specific needs of new residential properties. Family Net Japan will introduce its internet connectivity services alongside bulk electricity delivery systems utilizing renewable energy. Moreover, the service will also offer energy supplies for communal areas in residential complexes, including gas provisions and green energy certificates.

Additionally, on January 5, 2025, a foundational agreement was signed allowing Takara Leben to incorporate TEPCO's solar energy service, "EneKari Plus." With this implementation, residents will benefit from a solar power setup that has zero initial costs and offers fixed monthly payments for the solar power consumed. This service promises to significantly reduce electricity costs in communal areas, and emergency outlets will be installed to ensure power supply during outages using solar energy.

Commitment to Sustainable Development

The partnership aligns with MIRARTH Holdings' commitment to sustainability. As of September 2024, all new residential developments under Takara Leben’s umbrella will feature standard solar panel installations and aim for Zero Energy Housing (ZEH) certification. Furthermore, the Tokyo Electric Power Group is also dedicated to advancing carbon-neutral initiatives through comprehensive energy solutions, including renewable energy technologies tailored for multifamily developments.

The collaboration among Takara Leben, TEPCO, and Family Net Japan will strive to reduce the overall costs associated with installing energy and internet systems while enhancing property values and promoting the use of renewable energy. Together, the three entities are committed to constructing residences that contribute positively to the environment.

Aspirations and Future Developments

Takara Leben’s upcoming residential venture, "The Leben Naha Shintoshin Park Premist," set to launch in March 2025, will be the first development to showcase "Takara Leben with CYBERHOME" services. This project not only exemplifies the firm's dedication to innovative living solutions but also highlights its focus on achieving SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) through eco-friendly initiatives.

MIRARTH Holdings declares, "Our purpose is to create a sustainable environment to ensure happiness for people and the planet," highlighting its ambition to engage in sustainability activities that address societal challenges and contribute to achieving SDGs. The company’s core operations in real estate are complemented by various initiatives, such as collaboration with local municipalities to create community-centric projects.

Conclusion

With a growing commitment towards renewable energy and sustainable living, the partnership between Takara Leben, TEPCO, and Family Net Japan marks a pivotal moment in Japan's shift towards a more sustainable future. By harnessing innovative technologies and comprehensive energy solutions, they stand firm in their vision for a greener tomorrow, reaffirming the importance of collaborative efforts towards a sustainable society.
