The primary reason cited was a lack of conclusions, with 58.2% of participants agreeing that discussions often lead to circular reasoning without reaching a decision. Common challenges included the need to revise AI-generated visuals extensively to fit the meeting needs and the disconnect between AI output and the intended message (41.1% and 34.7%, respectively).
