The Machu Picchu Exhibition Executive Committee and NEON JAPAN Inc., led by President Wei Chiaong, are thrilled to announce that comedian and talent Kazunari Laser has taken on the role of official navigator for the "CREVIA Machu Picchu Exhibition."

Kazunari, known for his extensive work in quiz shows and information programs, has expressed a deep personal interest in the incomprehensible mysteries surrounding Machu Picchu and ancient civilizations. With his trademark intellectual curiosity and articulate storytelling, he aims to guide visitors on a magnificent journey exploring the enigmas of this celestial city. Visitors will enjoy an audio guide narrated by Kazunari alongside the splendid treasures left behind by the Inca Empire.

Expressing his honor, Kazunari remarked, "I am delighted to serve as the official navigator for such a rare exhibition, showcasing these magnificent treasures. During my recording for the audio guide, I aimed to narrate the wisdom of the people who built this airborne city and the story of the mythological hero 'Ai Apapek' as if I were speaking right next to them. About Kazunari Laser


Born in 1984 and hailing from Saitama Prefecture, Kazunari graduated from Doshisha University. In 2012, he formed the comedy duo Maple Chogokkin. They captured the spotlight in 2015 by winning the Newcomer of the Year award at a comedy competition. Kazunari's multifaceted career spans quiz shows, information programs, and YouTube, where his ability to explain complex topics with humor and clarity has garnered widespread acclaim. His blend of intelligence and approachability has made him a beloved figure across generations.

Free VR Experience Campaign


From October 15 to November 21, 2025, visitors holding admission tickets to the Machu Picchu exhibition can participate in a complimentary VR experience that travels through Machu Picchu.

Conditions: A separate admission ticket to the Ramses exhibition is required. Present the admission ticket for the Machu Picchu exhibition.

About the CREVIA Machu Picchu Exhibition


This international exhibition, which began in the USA in 2021 and has attracted over 540,000 visitors, will be hosted for the first time in Asia under the endorsement of the Peruvian government. It features approximately 130 treasures from Peru, including rare artifacts from royal tombs and ceremonial items used in temple rituals, marking their debut outside the country. Visitors will gain closer insights into the wisdom and artistry of ancient Andean civilizations.

Along with showcasing these priceless cultural assets, the exhibition will provide immersive experiences recreating Machu Picchu, along with grand narratives revolving around the Andean mythological hero Ai Apapek, inviting attendees into an unprecedented intellectual adventure.
