Push Ride Experience Event 2025
The Push Ride Experience event, hosted by the Japan Bobsleigh, Luge and Skeleton Federation, will take place on
August 10, 2025, at the Spiral Push Training Ground in
Nagano City. This unique event promises to immerse participants in the thrill of winter sports, right in the heart of summer.
What is the Push Ride Experience?
The Push Ride Experience offers attendees the chance to feel the adrenaline of competitive bobsledding and skeleton activities using actual competition-grade equipment.
Thrilling Bobsleigh and Skeleton Experience
Participants will ride on real bobsleighs, allowing them to experience the sport's excitement safely on land. In the skeleton event, riders lie face down on the sled and glide down the track, feeling the rush of gravity as they navigate each curve.
Roller Luge: Speed and Gravity
Experience the fun of roller luge, where participants lie on their backs and steer the sled using their feet. Designed for safety, this version of luge ensures everyone, including first-timers, can enjoy the thrill and joy it brings. Kids and families are bound to leave with smiles and unforgettable memories!
Guidance from Real Athletes
The event will feature direct instruction from the best. Olympic athlete
Seiya Kobayashi, who represented Japan at the Beijing 2022 Olympics, will be among the coaches guiding participants through the basics of riding, speed control, and safe gliding techniques. This event is an excellent opportunity for children interested in sports and those dreaming of becoming future Olympians.

Special Guest Appearance
On the day of the event,
Seiya Kobayashi, a standout athlete who has made significant contributions to the luge scene, will make an appearance. Hailing from Nagano, he began his journey in luge during elementary school and has since become a key athlete in Japan’s winter sports scene, aiming for a personal best at the Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympics.
