National Veterinary Associates Welcomes Leslie Storms as President of Ethos Veterinary Health
National Veterinary Associates (NVA) recently announced the appointment of Leslie Storms as the President of Ethos Veterinary Health, effective immediately. In addition to her role as President, Storms will also become an investor in the organization. Ethos Veterinary Health stands out as NVA's flagship network, featuring over 140 hospitals and a dedicated team of approximately 1,500 professionals across North America.
Storms will report directly to John Bruno, the CEO of NVA. With more than two decades of executive experience within healthcare and related fields, Leslie brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her new role. Her career path includes nearly 20 years at Johnson & Johnson, where she managed multi-billion dollar sectors as U.S. President of Orthopedics and President of Ethicon U.S. There, she oversaw product delivery in general surgery and orthopedics for human and veterinary health.
In her previous roles, Storms has displayed exceptional leadership skills, holding senior positions within Janssen U.S. and Noramco. Moreover, she is well-versed in strategic and commercial operations, having made significant contributions at Corning Life Sciences and Eli Lilly & Co. Her extensive management background equips her with the tools needed for the complex and ever-evolving veterinary landscape.
John Bruno expressed his confidence in the new appointment: "Leslie is a transformational leader with deep healthcare expertise and a strong track record of building high-performing teams. Her success in delivering consistent growth and navigating complexities in the industry positions her aptly to lead Ethos Veterinary Health in the next chapter of its development."
Leslie Storms also shared her vision for Ethos Veterinary Health: "I firmly believe that the greatest impact we can have stems from the teams we build and the lives we influence. The passion and dedication of our community inspire me, and I am committed to working collaboratively to revolutionize veterinary medicine. We aim to enhance options for families and help pets enjoy longer, healthier lives."
Ethos Veterinary Health thrives on the trust placed by pet families in its hospitals for advanced clinical care and compassionate service. Under Storms’ leadership, the organization aims to further enhance specialty and emergency veterinary care while continuing to support its talented teams and influence the future of animal health.
Leslie succeeds Donna Sroczynski, who acted as Interim President for the past year. Sroczynski will return to her role as the Head of Operations at Ethos, with NVA expressing sincere gratitude for her guidance through a crucial transitional period.
