RAGTAG Expands Services with CFCL
With the growing demand for second-hand clothing, RAGTAG, a used select shop operated by Tin Pan Alley Co., Ltd., has launched a new purchasing scheme for the contemporary knitwear brand CFCL. Starting in late May 2025, RAGTAG will facilitate the buying process for CFCL, introducing a system that promotes efficient circulation of clothing, benefiting both customers and businesses.
As the second-hand market continues to thrive, RAGTAG has reinforced its operational framework to include services beyond its own retail. Last year marked the beginning of its expansion into purchasing schemes for other businesses, allowing brands to efficiently manage the circulation of clothing while preserving their value. Every year, RAGTAG manages the purchase of around 800,000 items, offering expert evaluations to maximize the selling price.
Through its partnership with CFCL, RAGTAG takes charge of the entire buying process from application to assessment and payment. Interested sellers can initiate the process via a dedicated online page at
CFCL's purchasing page. Clothing that is repaired and ready for resale will be available in September 2025 at the upcoming CFCL TAKANAWA store located in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, featuring a contemporary collection alongside these carefully curated pieces.
