TCL CSOT Showcases Future-Ready Display Technologies at DIC EXPO 2026

TCL CSOT has officially begun its presentation at the Display Innovation China Expo 2026 (DIC EXPO 2026) in Shanghai. The distinct theme, "Empowering Diverse Applications, Elevating Display Experiences", reflects the company's commitment to showcasing its innovative display technologies that offer a multitude of possibilities for various applications. This year's exhibition highlighted TCL CSOT’s prowess and leadership in global display innovation.

The evolution of the display industry has prompted a transition from isolated screens to interconnected displays, indicating a future where everything becomes a display. As consumers begin to prioritize an all-encompassing display experience, they are moving beyond traditional metrics such as resolution and refresh rate. Instead, they seek factors such as image quality, visual health, sustainability, and overall design.

Keynote Insights and Innovations

In his keynote address, Bin Zhao, VP of TCL CSOT and GM of the RD Platform, discussed the company's future-forward approach with its advanced display brand, APEX. He emphasized advancements across four critical dimensions: display experience, visual health, sustainability, and future potential. Zhao noted, *"As the AI era unfolds, our proprietary AI model, X-Intelligence, is pivotal in propelling display R&D into new territories. By enhancing the synergy between display technology and AI, TCL CSOT is at the forefront of display evolution."

Simultaneously, Ming-Jong Jou, Chief of Technology Planning Center, underscored the significance of IJP OLED technology. He projected that the global display market would escalate from approximately $123 billion in 2022 to $156 billion by 2030. Jou pointed out that the IJP OLED represents a high-growth pathway conducive to medium-sized OLED displays, optimizing material usage, lowering equipment costs, and reducing carbon emissions. This innovative approach has already allowed TCL CSOT to achieve mass production for professional displays while actively pursuing consumer applications.
