Kawai Juku Manavis is excited to announce the launch of a free, video-based seminar tailored for junior high students in grades 1 to 3, targeting those preparing for the Eiken examination in 2026. Commencing on March 19, 2026, the program will add a new 'Level 2 Listening Support' to its existing offerings, ensuring comprehensive coverage across various Eiken levels.

Seminar Overview

This online seminar will include four focused courses:

• - Level 3
• - Pre-Level 2
• - Pre-Level 2 Plus
• - Level 2 (newly added)

Each course is designed to distill key strategies for passing the Eiken exam into engaging 15-minute videos. This format allows students to maximize their learning in a concise and focused way.

Why This Seminar?

In the summer of 2025, we received overwhelming feedback with around 1,000 registrations for the earlier courses (Level 3, Pre-Level 2, and Pre-Level 2 Plus). Students expressed a strong desire for additional preparation material for Level 2, particularly emphasizing their need for targeted support in listening skills. As a response, we have introduced this new 'Level 2' course focusing on listening techniques.

The content is carefully tailored to cover vital skills in just over 15 minutes, allowing students to hone their performance on the actual exam. The key areas included are:

• - Level 3: Short sentences and dialogue completion.
• - Pre-Level 2: English composition work.
• - Pre-Level 2 Plus: Summarization of texts.
• - Level 2: Intensive focus on listening skills, featuring real exam practice to strengthen both test and language skills.
