Villanueva's leadership style is dynamic and backed by a proven history of strategic and operational accomplishments.
Prior to joining Pacific Valley Bank, Vida Villanueva held prominent positions at Monterey County Bank, 1st Capital Bank, and HSBC. At HSBC, her role involved shaping enterprise-wide strategies across various regions, including the United States, Latin America, and the Middle East.
