DXC Technology Recognized as One of Fortune's Most Innovative Companies in 2026

DXC Technology Named Among Fortune's Most Innovative Companies

In a significant achievement, DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) has been honored as one of the most innovative companies in America by Fortune in 2026. This recognition marks the first time DXC has appeared on this prestigious list, which evaluates companies on their achievements in three critical areas: product innovation, process innovation, and fostering an innovation culture.

Holly Grant, the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at DXC Technology, expressed her pride in this milestone. "This recognition comes at a time when the conversation around artificial intelligence (AI) in businesses is shifting from experimentation to real operational impact. DXC plays a crucial role in assisting clients to move from isolated AI pilot projects to integrated and scalable systems that transform their operational frameworks," she stated. The credit for this recognition goes to the dedicated teams at DXC who make measurable impacts on a daily basis.

Last year, DXC revamped its brand identity to signal a commitment to delivering integrated AI-focused solutions. Central to this strategy is Xponential, a next-generation AI orchestration model designed to seamlessly integrate people, processes, and technology. This model aims to operationalize AI responsibly and effectively. One of the core tenets of Xponential is DXC’s Human+ approach, which advocates for designing AI technologies around human needs and combines intelligent systems with human expertise.

Further emphasizing its commitment to innovation, DXC launched LabX in March 2026, a product incubation lab dedicated to native AI initiatives, promising to deliver production-ready AI solutions in a maximum of 90 days.

In the past year, DXC has also established three new AI and customer experience centers located in London, Warsaw, and Manila. This development aims to foster shared innovation with clients and ensure that AI yields enterprise-wide results.

Additionally, DXC introduced AdvisoryX, a global consulting group designed to assist businesses in tackling their most complex strategic, operational, and technological challenges. The selection for Fortune’s most innovative companies involves a rigorous process, collaborating with Statista, a leader in rankings of companies, brands, and products. Surveys are conducted among employees and industry experts to gather insights on both internal and external innovation efforts. These insights are complemented by an analysis of patents provided by LexisNexis, all of which contribute to an overall scoring model that identifies 300 top-rated companies.
