Blue Shield of California has announced a significant leadership change with the appointment of Hayley Park, PharmD, as the new senior vice president and chief pharmacy officer. Dr. Park brings to this role over 25 years of extensive healthcare experience, highlighted by her previous position as vice president of Pharmacy Operations and Services at Kaiser Permanente Northern California.

Her leadership will also play a crucial part in amplifying the Pharmacy Care Reimagined initiative—a pioneering pharmacy management model designed to provide members with transparent and sustainably priced prescription drug services.
