Samsung's Tech Forums at CES 2026
Samsung Electronics is gearing up for a significant presence at CES 2026, where they will host a series of four Tech Forum panel discussions. These forums are scheduled to take place on January 5th and 6th at their dedicated exhibition space in the Latour Ballroom at the Wynn Las Vegas. The panels will delve into critical topics such as AI, home appliances, service solutions, and design trends, showcasing Samsung’s innovative vision for the future of technology.
Embracing Innovation in Technology
The first forum, titled "When Everything Clicks: How Open Ecosystems Deliver Impactful AI," will occur on January 5th at 9:00 AM. Chaired by Yoonho Choi from Samsung's Digital Appliances Business, this session will feature discussions with leaders in smart home innovation about the importance of cross-industry collaboration for enhancing daily living experiences through meaningful smart home technology.
Later that day, at 2:00 PM, the session "In Tech We Trust? Rethinking Security Privacy in the AI Age" will examine the pressing issues of trust, security, and privacy in AI technology. Shin Baik, the Group Head of the AI Platform Center at Samsung, will lead the discussion, engaging experts in dialogue about the need for transparency and secure systems that can foster greater adoption of AI.
The concluding panel of the first day, "FAST Forward: How Streaming's Next Wave is Redefining Television," will begin at 4:00 PM. Salek Brodsky, Executive Vice President of Samsung's Visual Display Business, will moderate conversations about the future of streaming, focusing on ad-supported models and creator-led channels that promise to reshape audience engagement and interactivity in television.
Human-Centered Design
On January 6th, the Tech Forums will continue with a session titled "The Human Side of Tech: Designing a Future Worth Loving," happening at 1:00 PM. Mauro Porcini, President and Chief Design Officer at Samsung's DX Division, will invite design leaders to discuss the shift from minimalistic, specification-driven approaches to more expressive and human-centered design. This dialogue aims to inspire innovative design practices in technology that prioritize creativity and new materials influenced by AI.
Through these forums, Samsung not only aims to highlight its revolutionary product innovations but also to set the stage for thoughtful discussions about the integral role that technology plays in our lives. The discussions are designed to echo through to the Samsung Exhibition Zone, where attendees can explore the company’s latest offerings from January 5th to 7th.
