HARUMI Animal Smile Day 2025: Embarking on a Journey of Understanding
The inaugural
HARUMI Animal Smile Day 2025 will take place on
November 22, 2025, at the
Harumi Pier Park, promising an engaging experience for pet owners and those unfamiliar with animal companionship. Hosted by
ANIMANECT, this multifaceted event seeks to improve understanding between pet owners and the wider community, aiming to create a disaster-resilient, cohabitative society.
Event Overview
The event will run from
10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and will be canceled only in the event of extreme weather conditions. Conceived as a platform for learning, experiencing, and connecting, the HARUMI Animal Smile Day will feature a diverse range of activities targeting various interests and educational needs. With thousands expected to attend, this community-driven initiative is poised to become a landmark event.
Purpose of the Event
In today's society, while there is an increasing awareness of animal welfare, the number of pet owners is declining due to a lack of access to experiential learning about animals. This gap often leads to misunderstandings among residents. The
HARUMI Animal Smile Day 2025 aims to bridge this divide by fostering a space where both those with significant experience with animals and those without can come together to learn and share. The goal is to build a community where humans and animals coexist joyfully and supportively, paving the way for an exemplary model of animal welfare starting at Harumi.
