Experience Hokkaido's Rich Flavors at Sizzler
Starting March 17, 2026, Sizzler, the well-known salad bar and grill restaurant under the Royal Group, will host a limited-time event called "Good JAPAN - HOKKAIDO Spring Bloom Fair." This initiative is part of the Royal Group’s collective effort to showcase various local food cultures and the richness of regional ingredients across Japan.
This spring's event follows closely on the heels of other promotions by Royal Group brands, including the "Good JAPAN - Spring Hokkaido Blessings" at Royal Host, and various other Hokkaido-themed fairs at other chains like Shakey's and Tenya. Each brand collaborates to promote the bountiful offerings of Japanese cuisine and culture.
Special Menu Highlights for Hokkaido Fair
At Sizzler, guests can look forward to a fantastic selection showcasing the best of Hokkaido cuisine. One highlight is the "Hokkaido Triple Grill," featuring succulent bone-in pork steak made from the renowned Hokkaido brand pig, “Yume no Daichi,” alongside a grilled beef sausage. You'll also delight in the grilled seasonal salmon (toki-shirasu), known for its delicate flavor and ideal fat content, alongside scallops and tsubu shell seafood.
Other delicious additions to the menu include:
- - Hokkaido Pork Grill: Featuring juicy pork loin marinated in a blend of spices and honey, presented with a side of aged Hokkaido potatoes, golden sweet pumpkin, and green peas.
- - Cheese Fondue Sauce: Perfect for dipping grilled items or enjoying with the salad bar’s wide selection of dishes, made from Hokkaido cheese and sweet corn.
- - Ten Thousand Kōji Fermented An Panna Cotta: A unique dessert that combines sugar-free adzuki bean paste fermented with kōji, offering deep flavor and smooth texture.
