In a remarkable fusion of creativity and functionality, Australian brand Perks And Mini (P.A.M.) has teamed up with renowned outdoor name MERRELL to launch their first collaboration collection. Titled "Cham Storm Gore-Tex® x P.A.M." and "Hydro Next Gen Moc x P.A.M.", these innovative designs are set to hit the shelves on July 9, 2026, at select outlets.

The theme of this collection, "Life In-Between," embodies a concept where boundaries dissolve, allowing for a unique expression of lifestyle free from the constraints of urban or natural settings. Through this collaboration, MERRELL and P.A.M. present a fresh lifestyle choice that embraces the interchange between the environment and our day-to-day lives.

The inspiration for this partnership stemmed from a personal experience of P.A.M.'s co-founder, Misha Hollenbach, who relied on the Hydro Moc for a 50-mile bikepacking journey after his shoes failed him. This pivotal moment served as the foundation for reimagining two iconic MERRELL models with a distinct experimental approach.

The "Cham Storm GORE-TEX® x P.A.M." shoe retains the DNA of the Chameleon series, which has been a staple for over 20 years. Adopting advanced 3D silicone processing, this shoe offers a dynamic, organic feel while incorporating top-of-the-line waterproof GORE-TEX® technology. Designed for versatility, it functions seamlessly whether in urban settings or outdoor terrains.

Conversely, the "Hydro Next Gen Moc x P.A.M." draws inspiration from amphibians that transition easily between land and water. It features a lightweight EVA foam that provides exceptional cushioning, creating a shoe that is both playful and practical for diverse environments, emphasizing the new lifestyle that bridges city and shore.

Adding visual dimension to the launch, a campaign video and visuals crafted by the Milan-based collective NO TEXT AZIENDA and Tokyo's special effects artist Amazing JIRO express the enchanting theme of perception and transformation central to "Life In-Between."
