Waseda University Academic Solutions (WAS) is gearing up to participate in the AXIES 2025 Annual Meeting, scheduled from December 1st to 3rd at the Sapporo Convention Center. This year's meeting will feature various initiatives aimed at addressing the ICT-related challenges faced by universities across Japan. Among these initiatives, WAS will offer a unique opportunity for university representatives to engage in the "University IT Consultation (1-on-1)" service.

Event Details

The "University IT Consultation (1-on-1)" is designed to provide individual consultations for 45 minutes per session. Participants can book an appointment in advance to discuss specific ICT challenges they face. Each session will include a listen-and-solve approach where WAS will share proven solutions from past experiences and offer tailored advice based on the participant’s needs. This service is available to all attendees of the AXIES 2025 Annual Meeting, with the provision that each organization can reserve only one slot.

Additional Offerings

In addition to the one-on-one consultations, WAS will also host a booth showcasing case studies and information about their "University IT Consultation Service." WAS will also conduct a luncheon seminar featuring the Head of Information Planning at Waseda University.
