This appointment aims to enhance MetTel's efforts in delivering high-quality services to the federal government and expanding its Public Sector team based in Washington, D.C.

Prior to her new role at MetTel, Dinnie spent nearly a decade at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) as the Associate Chief Information Officer for Digital Infrastructure Technologies. In this capacity, she was responsible for managing GSA’s expansive IT infrastructure that supports a user base of approximately 17,500 employees. Her extensive background includes overseeing vital IT systems, software, and applications that are crucial for operational efficiency within the agency.

Before her tenure at GSA, Dinnie served as the Assistant Commissioner and Head of Workplace Services for the Public Buildings Service from 2011 to 2014. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a master’s in public policy from George Washington University’s Business School.
