Before joining BrightNight, he served as President of Hornblower Group where he not only directed the financial strategy but also led significant operational transformations as its previous CFO. Furthermore, his experience includes leadership positions as CFO of Merichem Corporation and Senior Vice President and CFO of Noble Corporation, one of the leading offshore drilling firms globally.
Moreover, Peakes brings a wealth of experience from nearly 20 years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. Here, he spearheaded vital strategic transactions and capital market financing initiatives for major global energy and infrastructure firms. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in Political Science and Managerial Studies from Rice University.
