Furthermore, his experience includes leadership positions as CFO of Merichem Corporation and Senior Vice President and CFO of Noble Corporation, one of the leading offshore drilling firms globally.

Moreover, Peakes brings a wealth of experience from nearly 20 years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. Here, he spearheaded vital strategic transactions and capital market financing initiatives for major global energy and infrastructure firms. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in Political Science and Managerial Studies from Rice University.
