KOKO HOTELS Unveils New Points Program



KOKO HOTELS, operated by Fino Hotels and a subdivision of Polaris Holdings Co., Ltd., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has exciting news for its guests. Starting on July 1, 2025, the hotel will launch a web-based points program allowing guests to earn and redeem points through bookings made on the official website. Not only will guests earn points at KOKO HOTELS, but they can also utilize these points at affiliated properties, including HOTEL WING and TENZA HOTEL, enhancing the overall travel experience.

The new points program enables members, who log in through the official website for bookings and stays, to enjoy a 10% discount on their reservations. For every expenditure (excluding tax), members will accumulate 3% in points. Each point can be redeemed at a rate of 1 point equating to 1 yen during future reservations. There’s a remarkable incentive, too; after reaching 8,000 points, members can receive a cash back of 10,000 yen, further adding to the allure of the program.

Exciting Promotional Campaign


To celebrate the launch of the new points scheme, KOKO HOTELS will run an exciting campaign starting July 1, 2025. During this promotional period, which concludes on September 30, 2025, guests who register as members and book a stay at KOKO HOTEL or VALUE THE HOTEL will be entered into a lottery to win 10,000 points. A total of 55 lucky guests will have a chance to enhance their stay with these additional rewards!

Campaign Details:


  • - Eligibility: Guests who register on the official KOKO HOTEL and VALUE THE HOTEL website and complete a reservation and stay during the campaign period.
  • - Winner Announcement: Winners will be notified via email, and points will be credited to their accounts through their My Page (expected in early October).
  • - Point Validity: The awarded points will be valid until March 31, 2026.

Important Notes


Points earned can only be redeemed for bookings made through the official website. They cannot be applied to other offers or payments. Furthermore, points accrued during this promotional campaign will expire if not used by the deadline. Corporate reservations are ineligible for participation.

All points will be tied to the member’s official website account, which can be checked under the “Points” section in their My Page.
