The upcoming edition is not just a celebration; it emphasizes the show's pivotal position in the food and hospitality industry by expecting a remarkable 41% increase in international participation compared to its 2024 edition. More than 3,300 exhibitors will participate, including around 1,000 international companies hailing from 70 different countries, which will account for over 30% of the total representation at the event. This year’s spotlight will shine on Poland, which takes on the role of the honorary country, alongside a strong presence from Asia and Latin America, affirming the event's status as a strategic meeting point for global industry leaders.

Among the confirmed international exhibitors are notable companies such as KeHE, Bidfood, Bergfood, Cotswold Fayre, Sonae, PriceSmart, and renowned retailers like Walmart and BigBasket, highlighting the diverse and robust nature of global participation.

To enhance access to emerging markets and broaden trade opportunities, the event will host 1,500 key buyers and importers from 100 countries, along with an additional 1,200 national buyers, which is expected to generate over 14,500 business meetings. This comprehensive networking platform is designed to facilitate meaningful connections across the industry.

Apart from this, dedicated areas focusing on organic foods, new trends, fine foods, coffee, bakery, and pastry will highlight innovation and the widest array of offerings available at the show. Other sectors like Interlact, Snacks, and Confectionery will also see increased representation.

The event will maintain its strong focus on innovation through the Alimentaria Hub, which will bring together 200 experts to discuss sustainability, digitalization, food safety, and the latest trends. Moreover, the Innoval space will showcase more than 300 product innovations, featuring 60 startups in the Food Hospitality sectors. The Horeca segment will occupy more than 20,000 square meters and include 600 exhibitors and 200 engaging activities. It will also feature the Horeca Hub, which combines the Imagine Foodservice Europe initiative with a new innovation space called The Shift.

Industry leaders will take the stage at the Bakery & Pastry Hub and The Coffee Stage, where competitions like the inaugural International Alimentaria Cooking Championship, sponsored by #alimentosdeespaña, and the Horeca Awards will spotlight culinary talents and innovations.
