This comprehensive renovation focuses on revitalizing the entire building, which spans approximately 2,760 tsubo and consists of seven stories, after nearly 30 years since its completion in 1994.

The renovation covers various aspects, including exterior and structural updates, entrance redesign, common areas on every floor, roof improvements, and enhancements to exclusive units on the first floor.
