Flight Adventure Park has officially claimed the No. 3,780 ranking on the prestigious 2025 Inc. 5000 list, noted for recognizing America’s fastest-growing private businesses. With a remarkable revenue growth rate of 99% over the last three years, this marks the first time the park has made it onto this esteemed list.
As announced by the Inc. media brand, which serves as a playbook for entrepreneurs and business leaders, the 2025 Inc. 5000 showcases insights from America’s most successful companies, highlighting their growth in the face of economic uncertainty. Notable past honorees include giants like Microsoft, Meta, and Patagonia, making this recognition particularly significant for Flight Adventure Park.
Steven L. Yeffa, the CEO of Flight Adventure Park, expressed pride in the achievement, stating, "Being included in the Inc. 5000 list for the first time is an incredible honor for us. Ranking as the only family entertainment center in the Travel & Hospitality category and No. 150 among Virginia-based companies is a testament to our team's dedication and the value we provide to our guests. We aim to offer once-in-a-lifetime experiences that inspire imagination and foster connections in our communities."
Flight Adventure Park has cemented its place in the entertainment sector by emphasizing the importance of family fun and innovative play. The park encompasses various activities designed to engage visitors of all ages, from trampolines and lunar courses to climbing structures and dodgeball arenas. Its diverse offerings allow customers to unleash their creativity, explore physically, and build lasting memories.
Despite navigating the hurdles posed by inflation and an unpredictable labor market, the Inc. 5000 honorees demonstrated exceptional drive and clarity of vision. According to the report, the median revenue growth rate among the top 500 companies on the list reached a staggering 1,552%. Additionally, these companies contributed significantly to job creation, collectively adding over 48,678 jobs to the U.S. economy in three years.
Reflecting on the company’s trajectory, Yeffa indicates that Flight Adventure Park is keen on consistently delivering unique experiences. The park features eight FLIGHT locations across the U.S., in addition to five locations in Canada known as iSaute. Each venue is designed to provide year-round entertainment, whether for parties, events, or casual play, thereby solidifying its commitment to both fun and fitness through engaging activities.
The Inc. 5000 states that company rankings are determined by the percentage of revenue growth from the years 2021 to 2024, mandating that all honorees be U.S.-based, privately owned, and operate independently of subsidiaries. According to the qualifications, qualifying companies must have grossed a minimum of $100,000 in 2021 and at least $2 million by 2024.
As a participant in the dynamic landscape of family entertainment, Flight Adventure Park is set to celebrate its achievement at the 2025 Inc. 5000 Conference and Gala, scheduled for October 22-24 in Phoenix, Arizona. This momentous event will further enhance its brand visibility, showcasing their achievements alongside other notable companies. The official list will also be featured in the Fall issue of Inc. magazine.
This recognition isn’t merely about numbers; it’s about the stories, the passion, and the collective response to challenges that define the entrepreneurial spirit. As Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc., stated, "These businesses have thrived amid rising costs and constant changes. They didn’t just weather the storm—they grew through it, and their stories are powerful reminders of the entrepreneurial engine driving the U.S. economy."
With its innovative approach to entertainment, Flight Adventure Park continues to redefine family fun while building a community-oriented space that invites creativity, adventure, and connection. As it looks toward the future, the park remains determined to make each visit an unforgettable experience, proving that through grit and creativity, joy can flourish even in challenging times.
