Lineage W Welcomes Players to the New 'Aria' World

NCSOFT Corporation is excited to announce the launch of the new economic-focused world 'Aria' within the popular MMORPG Lineage W. Set to open on February 4, 2026, at 18:00, this new realm promises to enhance the gameplay experience with unique features and special events.

Key Features of the 'Aria' World

The 'Aria' world will not only allow players to obtain premium gear and card gacha using in-game currency but will also introduce a dedicated season pass. Players can look forward to various events that will facilitate smooth character growth, celebrating the world’s opening with awesome rewards. As part of this celebration, attendees will receive exclusive EARLYBIRD COUPONS to enhance their adventures.

Exciting 'Miracle Coin' Event

Alongside the launch, the 'Miracle Coin' event will run from February 4, 2026, after the regular maintenance, to March 18, 2026, before the next maintenance. This event is designed for our dedicated adventurers and those returning to the game. During this time, players will earn Miracle Coins based on their transaction history from the period of August 11, 2025, to January 25, 2026. Players will be categorized into eight tiers, receiving a Miracle Insignia through in-game mail, which is exchangeable for a variety of rewards and benefits. Additionally, completing specific missions from the season pass will grant players Miracle Season Pass Coins, which can be redeemed at the Miracle Shop for numerous items. Please note that Miracle Coins and Miracle Insignias will not be usable in the new 'Aria' world.

Updates for the 'Gunner' Class

In line with the world launch, an update for the Gunner class will take place during the regular maintenance on February 4, 2026. This update aims to enhance the performance of the Gunner class by improving damage output and stabilizing combat effectiveness and survivability. Notable new skills include the Gravity Shot, which can limit enemy actions over a wide area, along with upgrades to critical damage and enemy equipment impact resistant capabilities. Additionally, the introduction of the Phoenix Shield offers significant durability based on players' stats, allowing Gunners to persevere in battles where previously they may have been more vulnerable. Therefore, this transformation from a challenging and fragile class to a more consistent long-range class will be a welcome change for players.

Moreover, a Gunner Class Change Event will run from February 4, 2026, after maintenance until February 11, 2026, enabling players to switch to this revamped class easily.

TJ's COUPON Event Details

Additionally, players can take part in the TJ's COUPON event from February 4, 2026, after maintenance until February 25, 2026, before the next maintenance. In this period, players can earn TJ's COIN through the in-game shop under the [Events] - [TJ's COUPON] tab. The following coupons can be obtained up to one per account: Restoration for Paid Equipment, Runes, Skill Card Adjustments, Transformation Restoration, and Magic Doll Restoration.
