The first two pop-up events are set to take place in Nagano and Kagoshima. The first stop will be at the SCRAMBLE FES 2026, an experiential cultural festival celebrating music, art, culture, and food, held at MMoP in Miayata, Nagano, on May 2, 2026. The event will be organized by movel, a creative group with an average age of just 21.5 years. Those without access to tickets will still have the chance to enjoy Krispy Kreme's offerings at the free area of the festival.

On July 20, 2026, the pop-up will head to Kagoshima, where Krispy Kreme will set up shop at 'Chau's Kura', a creative restaurant operated by Kagoshima Horiguchi Tea Co., which is known for its high-quality tea production. Visitors can delight in a unique experience by pairing KKDJ's best seller, the Original Glazed®, with exquisite tea from Horiguchi.

At these events, attendees will have the opportunity to purchase a special set consisting of six Original Glazed® donuts along with a convenient new product called the 'Pocket Crueller.' This mini-sized treat is perfect for enjoying on the go and will be available exclusively during these one-day events. The set will be priced at 1,200 yen, a great deal compared to the regular price of 1,560 yen—saving customers 360 yen.

Future Plans

Krispy Kreme intends to host pop-up events at a maximum of five unique locations across Japan throughout the months of May to August 2026. The upcoming destinations will be revealed progressively, allowing more fans to discover and enjoy the sweetness that Krispy Kreme is known for.
