Ocean Key Resort & Spa, a luxury beachfront property located at Zero Duval Street in Key West, Florida, has announced an exciting transformation that is set to elevate the guest experience. Scheduled to debut in late December 2025, this much-anticipated renovation includes a complete redesign of the lobby, bar, and lounge area. The focus is to create a vibrant and welcoming arrival experience that embodies the unique spirit of Key West.

The resort's design team, inspired by its tropical surroundings, was tasked by Noble House Hotels & Resorts to construct a space that feels like a destination in its own right. The result is a merging of eclectic island charm and refined sophistication, encapsulated in a bold yet inviting atmosphere.

At the heart of this redesign is a magnificent artisan-crafted fountain, which brings calming sounds of cascading water to the lobby, making a serene contrast to the energy of guest arrivals. Custom wall coverings featuring lush tropical flora and whimsical birds enhance the playful vibe prevalent throughout the resort. Guests will notice striking pink mosaic tiles arching across the lobby area, providing a backdrop for carefully curated lounge seating inspired by birdcages, along with rich fabrics and enchanting glass pendants that add layers of artistry and color.

Transitioning from the lobby, visitors will find the new Marina View Lounge. This inviting space boasts sweeping views of the harbor and is designed for both social gatherings and moments of solitude. It is the perfect spot for guests to relax while savoring hand-crafted cocktails amid fresh ocean breezes.

In addition to these aesthetic upgrades, the resort is also introducing a new Executive Meeting Room, featuring panoramic views of Old Town Key West. This elegant space will cater to intimate gatherings, strategy sessions, or executive retreats, accommodating up to 14 participants while combining modern amenities with the relaxed vibe of island life.

The renovation process, which commenced on July 7 and will conclude on December 18, 2025, is being executed with guest convenience in mind. Work is primarily focused on the main entrance, allowing the resort to maintain operations in other areas, ensuring that the award-winning Hot Tin Roof restaurant, vibrant Sunset Pier, LIQUID pool and lounge, and luxurious SpaTerre remain open throughout the upgrade.
