BNBuilders Begins Construction on New Amenity Space in Downtown San Francisco

This ambitious project, located on the 18th floor of a commercial office building at 201 Spear Street, aims to enhance the tenant experience by offering modern and vibrant spaces along with breathtaking views of the iconic Bay Bridge.

Set to be completed in the summer of 2025, the project will include the build-out of a 3,400 square foot interior amenity space designated for collaborative conferencing and relaxation areas. Furthermore, a 2,500 square foot roof terrace will undergo a renovation that incorporates planting areas, ample seating, and atmospheric decorative lighting, turning it into an inviting space for tenants to unwind.

In collaboration with House Robertson Architects and Iwamotoscott Architecture, the scope of this extensive project encompasses the installation of new partitions, ceiling finishes, built-in counters, restrooms, and convenient power provisions. The team at BNBuilders will self-perform the demolition work to ensure high levels of precision and efficiency throughout the construction process. Additionally, the existing roofing will be replaced, accompanied by the integration of modern drainage systems to support sustainable practices and enhance the longevity of the facilities.
