Financial Executives International Unveils New Board of Directors for 2025-2026 Term
On July 8, 2025, Financial Executives International (FEI) announced a fresh slate of executive officers and members for its Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2025. This prominent association caters to Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Chief Accounting Officers (CAOs), and other leaders in finance. The new leadership promises a strategic advance for the association in the coming fiscal year.
New Board Chair: Alice Jolla
Alice L. Jolla, the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Vice President of Corporate Finance and Services at Microsoft Corporation, has been elected as the national Board Chair. With her longstanding commitment to FEI since joining in 2011, Alice has actively participated in numerous initiatives including serving as the Chair of FEI's Committee on Corporate Reporting (CCR) from June 2023 to June 2025. She stepped into her Board role in 2017 and continues to showcase her leadership abilities through various contributions.
Key Elected Officers
Several distinguished individuals were also elected to significant positions on the Board for the 2025-2026 fiscal year:
- - Vincent Greene, the Automotive Controller for General Motors Company, has taken on the role of Vice-Chair. A member since 2008, Greene has contributed to various committees, including the CCR, Committee on Benefits Finance (CBF), and FEI’s Pension Investment Committee, with his recent election to the Board as a Director in 2021.
- - Amie Thuener, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Alphabet Inc., now serves as the Secretary of the Association. Since joining FEI in 2013, she has played an integral role in the CCR and other committees focused on key financial reporting issues. Elected to the Board in 2021, she previously held the treasurer's position.
- - Nicholas Koutouras, who heads Finance for Wealth Management at U.S. Bank, has been appointed as the Treasurer. Koutouras, a member since 2010, has held various leadership roles in the Los Angeles Chapter before joining the Board as a Director in 2022.
- - Caroline Sullivan, Vice President of Procurement and Real Estate at Elevance Health, will serve as the Immediate Past Chair. Since joining FEI in 2017, she has actively participated in the Committee on Finance Information Technology (CFIT) and is the current chair of the Financial Accounting Reporting Roundtable (FARR), starting her Board service in 2020.
