Dubai Business Associates Invites Applications for Its 12th Year



Dubai Business Associates (DBA), recognized as one of the world’s premier fully funded graduate training programs, is set to welcome its twelfth cohort. This program is specifically designed for high-achieving graduates seeking to equip themselves with essential leadership skills in an ever-changing global landscape. Featuring a unique blend of advanced learning opportunities and practical consulting experiences within Dubai's vibrant business environment, DBA aims to produce the next generation of leaders.

Under the esteemed patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, DBA has a strong focus on training associates in critical areas such as strategy consulting, finance, and data analytics. The program also emphasizes professional coaching, soft skills development, exposure to diverse cultures, and robust networking opportunities across various industries.

DBA collaborates with renowned partners, including PwC's Academy, Capadev, and Bon Education, ensuring that participants engage in innovative consulting projects for major organizations like Emirates Airlines, dnata, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai Economy and Tourism, and DP World. This ensures that graduates are not only technically proficient but also exceptionally prepared to navigate and lead in a dynamic economy.

Rami Tawfiq, the director of DBA, emphasized the program’s commitment to attracting outstanding talent globally. He noted, "Our associates bring fresh insights and a collective drive to create a positive impact on both business and society. With an acceptance rate of just 0.5%, DBA stands out as a prestigious choice for aspiring leaders."

Since its inception, DBA has cultivated a network of 313 alumni from 53 countries, including 56 UAE Nationals. These alumni have successfully completed 92 consulting projects across over 30 public and private organizations, collectively generating an estimated valuation of $23 million. The most recent cohort was selected from an impressive pool of 6,660 applicants hailing from 146 countries, competing for only 26 places, further illustrating its global allure and Dubai's status as an innovation hub.

Surkhel Yousafzai, who graduated from DBA in 2022, shared his experience: "The practical exposure at DBA was a significant draw for me. It provided me with the chance to collaborate with numerous innovative organizations. My time in Dubai not only broadened my horizons but also equipped me with the confidence and global insight to succeed in my career."

Applications for the upcoming cohort are open until March 1, 2026, with the program scheduled to commence in September 2026. Potential candidates should possess a recent bachelor’s degree and ideally have fewer than three years of work experience. Additionally, fluency in both verbal and written English is crucial. Candidates should also exhibit a keen interest in business, show curiosity about the world, and possess evident leadership potential.
