Meet Sei Horinouchi

Sei Horinouchi, born in 2014 and hailing from Nagano Prefecture, has already made notable strides in the art world. His talent was recognized earlier this year at a joint exhibition with painter SHOGEN in Chino City. Horinouchi received the Mayor's Award at the Nakama Keith Haring International Children’s Competition and was also honored with a gold award in the junior category at the 9th Creative Kids India International Children’s Painting Competition in February 2024.

His impact continues to grow as he takes on significant projects, including the main visual design for the 'Starry Skies Film Festival' in Harabura. In 2025, he’s set to have a solo exhibition at the Yatsugatake Museum showcasing his work and vision for coexistence with nature, alongside other prestigious awards as per his accolades timeline.
