This event, organized in collaboration with Lintec Corporation, invites families to delve into the world of literature through music and live narration. The concert aims to foster community bonding through the joys of music, having been adapted for greater enjoyment since the district's initiative to promote Itabashi as a 'Picture Book Town' began.

The event will feature acclaimed voice actor Yuki Kaji, who will narrate the storyline of 'The Wizard of Oz'. He will be joined by talented performers Yuya Imao, playing Dorothy, and Kenichiro Miyahara as Toto. Together, under the accompaniment of a professional mini-orchestra, they will bring the beloved characters to life through engaging songs and lively dances. The repertoire will include a variety of popular children's songs as well as classical masterpieces, encouraging audience participation through singing along and interactive hand plays.
