At Aura, he expanded the research and development team to over 200 professionals and drove the company to achieve hundreds of millions in recurring annual revenue.

His career is characterized by his work in high-paced, high-growth environments, allowing him to hone his skills in platform development, strategic growth, and engineering leadership. Toohil has overseen numerous technology functions for AI-powered platforms that serve millions, all while successfully merging technology with teams during various acquisitions. Prior to Aura, he spent more than ten years at Endurance International Group, also known now as Newfold Digital, where he rose from a technical project manager to vice president of engineering, managing products that generated over $100 million in annual revenue.
