Accelerating Green Transformation in Food and Agriculture Sector
The Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) has announced the establishment of a new initiative aimed at accelerating the Green Transformation (GX) in the food and agriculture sector. This initiative, called the "Food and Agriculture Sector GX Acceleration Study Group," seeks to foster discussions about enhancing sustainability and environmental considerations within these fields. The first meeting is scheduled for October 30, 2023, where experts will convene to explore the direction of GX strategies in the sector.
