Neighborly® Elevates Tanner Stutz to Executive Vice President



In a move that underscores its ongoing commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth, Neighborly® has announced the promotion of Tanner Stutz to Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations and Analytics. This pivotal role, effective immediately, positions Stutz at the helm of several critical functions including Commercial Sales, Brand Operations Training, and Data Analytics and Consumer Insights.

Stutz's journey with Neighborly began in 2023 when he took on the role of Senior Vice President of Growth Enablement. During this time, he has been instrumental in refining the company's operational model, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes. His notable contributions include the development of the company's inaugural franchise-level scorecard and a robust week-to-week sales forecasting system. These initiatives have proven essential for early trend identification and swift business responses.

Under his stewardship, multiple initiatives have come to fruition, significantly advancing Neighborly's objectives. Stutz spearheaded an educational webinar series tailored for franchise business owners, initiated the deployment of Rilla—an AI-driven conversational intelligence and coaching platform, and orchestrated improvements in call center operations and financing strategies. These efforts not only optimized existing processes but have also transformed insights into tangible, actionable outcomes across the organization.

Before joining Neighborly, Stutz amassed extensive experience with Bain & Company, where he provided consultancy services focusing on growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and operational models for a variety of industries. Additionally, he initiated his career at Walmart, where he engaged in several roles from international auditing to leading capital budget initiatives for the online grocery sector.

He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Brigham Young University. His elevation to EVP coincides with Neighborly's broader strategy to build a more agile operational framework, enabling faster decision-making and delivering exceptional value to both franchise owners and consumers.
